We had our daughter’s birthday party at Deep Blue yesterday, and I’ve been there to attend a child’s birthday once before. Both in the times I’ve been there as well as during all the communication back and forth to arrange the party, I’ve found the staff to be really great. The staff at Deep Blue are really good with the kids and they are great at adapting to different ages with different activities. Everything was smooth and on time. I was taken aback with how pleasant, understanding and accommodating the staff were with my special needs son during a birthday party. He was unable to play the games the other kids were doing and the wonderful staff went above and beyond to make sure he had fun and was able to freely use the space. My other child also had so much fun doing the activities they led. Highly recommend!
