Made an appt with me for the next day and then didn’t show and wouldn’t return my calls or messages. The appt was to fix a gas line and we were without heat while we waited. So, having someone not show up was really frustrating and left me without heat in November for an extra couple days while I found someone else to do the job (call Groggs, they were great!)
Didn't help my problem
Mr. Deenis arrived when he said he would, He and his assistant identified the problem and worked on it until it was solved. He didn't blink an eye when I asked for an add-on service. Both were cordial, knowledgeable and I will definitely call him again for my plumbing issues. Oh, and he was reasonably priced.
I don't know how much more I can click. The gentleman that came out and quoted me was superb and knowledgeable! He went straight to our leak and quoted me and billed me. They fixed the faucet under our crawl, space in less than an hour. I know he's retired and only takes a few customers here and there, but he is a lifesaver. If you can get this gentleman to come out and help you, do so! They save us from water foundation damage. Always comes when I have a problem, even on cold weekends. Friendly, dependable, knowledgeable , reasonable, and just generally a very nice person. He has helped me a few times.
