Never had an issue with collecting my packages until March 13, 2026. UPS and T-Mobile confirmed my package was delivered to this location under my name at 4:12pm. I signed for one 5:01pm, almost left until I noticed there were 2 more packages at the location. After the search I signed for the 2nd package at 5:18pm, which they claimed they didn't have.
