A local favorite of mine DeeJays Events did a great job at my son's birthday party..
A local favorite of mine For the past four years, I have used Dee Jay's for ALL of my party rentals. Their service is OUTSTANDING! Larry & Don are genuine guys who are truly passionate about their business & customers. In fact, I called this morning (Christmas Eve of all days) & ordered more tables, chairs, & linens. Per the contract, the items will be delivered between 11A-1P today. If they are running late, "who cares" it is the nature of the business & so well worth the wait.
The best decision I ever made! Another rental company doublebooked something leaving me stranded last minute. Needless to say, I was a bit of a wreck, but the people at DeeJay's were nice and understanding and made my party go off flawlessly! I will never go anywhere else!
Unreliable Poor Service. In the contract they agreed to deliver between 3-5 pm Moonbounce, chair and table rentals arrived 3 hours after scheduled. Party started at 6pm...rentals arrived at 7 pm during the Surprise Party. Management was unapologetic and stated that they cannot commit to a time.
