they do hair nice, neat parts , good patience but they did in fact increase the price when arrived in person after speaking to them on the phone a few hours before. The place had several roaches & was crawling on my belongings, which was very disgusting, I was flabbergasted.
Went for Boho braids. Got regular braids instead. Braider claimed she never heard “Boho”… They ask you for payment before the service is even done, very unprofessional. How was I charged for a service/style I didn’t even want? 2 days later, all of my hair started to come out of the braids. They don’t take the time to blend your hair, then they cut your hair at the end to make braid look “neat”. I’m sure when I take my braids out, my hair will be uneven. Never again!
Wouldn't do my daughter hair who is 4 years old and gives no problems when getting her hair done she patiently sits in the chair with no issues
I walked in three available braiders did not want to do 2 cornrows suggested to wait on lady to do since she does stich. I waited 1 hour for stich lady to finish client. Showed Stitch lady pictures of how I want it. Stich lady did not perform well instead got annoyed took my hair out and said go to someone else. The someone else is her no one else knew how to do two cornrows! I left and went to DIVAS AMINA ON SPRINGFIELD AVE. And they understood the assignment!!!
She was polite. She was efficient and quick.
