We built a brand new home in 2017 with Deeb. Have had multiple issues with the house including 2 roof leaks, soffit repairs, fallen sink, and now water intrusion due to poor deck, stucco, soffit construction. They only provide a limited warranty on the house, a two year warranty for brand new roof, and 1 year for everything else. Our house was built by Deeb and have had multiple issues with recurrent roof leaks causing significant dry wall damage and poor construction that happened 2 years out which should not be expected with a new home. Their warranty is poor only one year and provide no help with all the house repair issues after the first year. Roof repair has been very expensive would expect better construction for new home. When I was looking for a home to purchase, I absolutely fell in love with Deeb Family Homes product. When I first walked into their model home I was blown away with the design of the home. The ceiling height was my favorite feature, but the entire layout and design was awesome. The quality, for the price point, is wonderful. As a Real Estate broker , I have done business with many builders. Deeb Family Homes went above and beyond these previous experiences on many different levels. Professionalism, ethical integrity,quality of build and responsiveness were all above par. I would do business with them again .....any day. My client was treated very well and the whole process was extremely accommodating.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this builder/company. From my first meeting with Susan in the sales office I knew these were quality people. Susan goes above and beyond to ensure that every step of the way the customer is more than satisfied. Susan is an incredible liaison between purchaser, builder, design team and every contractor on site.
