We built a brand new home in 2017 with Deeb. Have had multiple issues with the house including 2 roof leaks, soffit repairs, fallen sink, and now water intrusion due to poor deck, stucco, soffit construction. They only provide a limited warranty on the house, a two year warranty for brand new roof, and 1 year for everything else. It looks aesthetically beautiful except for the now water intrusion causing leaks and cracks. The only thing I do like is their interior design company of Lela Williams and her team. Our house was built by Deeb and have had multiple issues with recurrent roof leaks causing significant dry wall damage and poor construction that happened 2 years out which should not be expected with a new home. Their warranty is poor only one year and provide no help with all the house repair issues after the first year. Roof repair has been very expensive would expect better construction for new home. When I was looking for a home to purchase, I absolutely fell in love with Deeb Family Homes product. When I first walked into their model home I was blown away with the design of the home. The ceiling height was my favorite feature, but the entire layout and design was awesome. The quality, for the price point, is wonderful.
