With the urging of some family members, my husband and I went to Deeb Elder Law to get a Trust set up. I am so glad we did this. We feel such a relief knowing that we have made things easier for our kids. Jenna Jordan was so patient with some of the complicated parts. She also helped relieve our minds in regard to capital gains tax on the house, and how to go about getting funds if my husband and/or I end up in a nursing home.
