I ordered a floral arrangement for sympathy for a friend. She originally took all the information. It wasn't delivered when she promised. I called again. She had wrong address for delivery. She said she never took either phone numbers but she did. Again said they definitely would be delivered today, ordered Thurs am. It is now Sat pm still not delivered. My friends mom is being buried on Mon am. Her shop doesn't open till Tues. I obviously won't be needing them. The cost is being disputed on my credit card.
I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I am horrible at gift giving. I trusted them to put together a vase of flowers and they didn't disappoint! The flowers were fresh, fragrant, and plentiful! A great local business who truly hits the mark consistently! Highly recommend!

I first stopped into the store to discuss pricing and my vision and then we communicated a couple times via text/phone mostly so I could send the photos of what I wanted. I created centerpieces with fake flowers and wanted the colors to closely match. Yes as you see from other reviews, customer service can feel a little lacking depending on the day, BUT Denise completely came through on creating my perfect wedding bouquet!
