I used to love this place, just took my car for a wash in the auto wash and have scratches all over my car
Used the hands-free machine today – it failed completely. My car came out still covered in foam and wasn’t dried at all. I had to spend more money and rewash it in the coin bay. Then a rude staff member came over, spoke to me aggressively, and told me to move my car without even asking what happened. I wasn’t drying it for fun – your machine failed. His attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Won’t be coming back. If he’s the face of customer service here, no wonder the machines are broken too.
Best car wash in Sydney. Garry, the manager, is super friendly and helpful!
