Visited Dee Valley Caravans for some bits and pieces (pegs, aqua spray and figure 8 awning guide rail). Really good pricing and the staff were simply a delight and huge credit to the shop which I could have spent hours in, lots of stuff that you don't normally get in mainstream shops. Wife even found a gold coloured kettle which she was chuffed to bits with. Highly recommended.
We bought a beautiful Sprite Alpine 4 from the Dee Valley team and the experience was amazing. The caravan is immaculate and was fully serviced before we took delivery. We were given a comprehensive handover and a free starter kit. The whole team were friendly and so knowledgeable, it was such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealer to any prospective buyers. 5 stars from me.
Broke down with my bike and they gave me a lift to the nearest service station. Incredibly kind and caring people, 100% would recommend!
Lady in the shop is very knowledgeable and helpfull. Prices are very competitive for spares and accessories and this is now my go to place when making purchases for my motorhome. This shop is much better than buying online as you get good advice and see what it is your buying before purchase, also there's a big stock of everything I've been after sofar. Genuinely pleased I was recommended this shop by another motorhomer.
