I am so grateful to have a realtor who is patient, kind, informative, and realistic. Duachi really helped me be realistic and better educated about homeownership. She really made me sit down and look at my budget, narrowing down decisions on needs vs wants, all while keeping in mind what type of home I envisioned for my family.
