My fiancée and I had an amazing experience with Dee. Having spent the morning browsing and looking at rings, Dee was the only one that actually took the time to figure out what we were looking for. I can’t imagine how this place stays in business. My mother has dementia and I do not live in the area. Her caretaker, who has since been let go, (apparently a friend of Ms. Taylor’s) brought her ring in to get cleaned and resized. She was charged $80 for the resize and cleaning but when she went to pick it up, it still did not fit. Months later, and after many phone calls, Ms. Taylor said she had sent it out to get it done and it still was not ready. Omg!!! I absolutely LOVE my custom designed ring!!! Highly highly recommend Dee to design and make your pieces of jewelry!! My pics don't do it justice. Just use her! Her talent is over the top!
