Charles, an agent of the company very unprofessional; misrepresented himself dishonestly, negotiated terms, entered a contract, did not provide legal documents, ghosted buyer and backed out of deal. Brags about doing business 21 years...yes long and WRONG! Too much competition on the market to be bothered. Move along if you want an honest forthcoming positive relationship and experience in your big feat of buying a home.
