we have been going here for a few years always a great experience and friendly staff
my boyfriend came in recently to purchase a ferret...first, he called to make sure there was a ferret (we don't live in that area) and said the lady was extra rude on the phone. second, the sign said 150 and he was charged 200, and third, my ferret is covered in fleas.. I see this is a common problem here and the workers seem that they don't want to take responsibility, resolve any issues and are quicker to tell you you shop elsewhere...which is fine..if you can't be professional or care for the animals...you really SHOULD j... read more
The place is dirty and stinks. Animal cages are dirty , I never see anyone cleaning. Food and water bowls are gross.

This place is disgustingly dirty. Purchased a kitten that ended up being loaded with flees.
I bought a Russian turtle for my grandsons 11birthday they were very helpful knowledgeable nice friendly staff thank you💗💗
Anytime we’ve been in to look for something for one of our dogs they’ve had it or been able to recommend what would be best for our situation, one was an older dog that had problems with back legs and walking😞. But very nice and friendly staff and appreciate the closeness to home🙂
