The facial and head massage were amazing that's originally why I went and then the lady that was working the counter talked me into getting my lashes done as well for only $85 which I thought was a very good deal only thing is the results... I got the deluxe headspa that was supposed to last for 80 minutes and I’m really disappointed. I have been wanting a headspa for years ever since it got popular and I had high expectations due to the reviews. The shampoo/conditioner part on my head only lasted about 10 minutes and she was rubbing my face for another 10-15 minutes. The water that comes out of the arched tube was only on my head for about 2-3 minutes and she was also rubbing my head when it wasn’t even wet or with any shampoo or conditioner. I received one of the best shampoos ever. I have locs so I was a little concerned. But she dug right in and was not afraid of ethic hair. I will return. The shoulder massage was top notch also.
Super relaxing! She did a phenomenal job working with my hair and hair extensions. The facial was perfect.
