After having an unexpected abdominal surgery I was not able to comfortably lift my arms very long and desperately needed my hair cleaned after a stay in the hospital. I hoped this would be more comfortable than a traditional shampoo bowl due to the bed instead of a chair and it was perfect! The ladies here were so sweet and gentle helping me to get safely situated and comfortable and even helped me to redress after the service while still keeping me comfortable and covered.
