Skips scheduled pickup day, throws trash can into yard or street, slams trash can hard down on ground, leaves trash can in the middle of the driveway, only half empties the trash can, slings trash in the yard. Terrible service.
Absolutely the worst company to deal with. I have been with them for 11 months and been skipped 14 times. So, that's half the time. When I call about it, nobody handles it correctly. If they were not the only option, I would 100% go elsewhere
A Sorry company. Keep blocking my mailbox with empty garbage container. Mail carrier can't get to it. Most unfriendly employees I've ever tried to communicate with.
Just like what everyone is saying on the reviews. Poor service of skipping around on trash pickup days. Put out on night before, didn't get picked up on day of,& still sitting at the road waiting for pickup. I know use to in our area if they missed, usually they would come back around on Thursday. Nope, not in this case. One time, I spoke to the lady over the phone only to get rude with me about sitting out the night before in which it was & still got missed.
