Literally the worst trash service ever. The guys will drop trash on ground and leave it, they tend to skip houses whenever they please and when your trash is overflowing since they missed the week before and there’s trash bags beside the trash can they will leave it and tell you “they can’t pick up trash on the ground” like really. When you call to complain the lady is super rude and does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
This business is terrible, unreliable service. Dishonest in just about every aspect of their business. If there was any other trash service available I would gladly pay more for their service.
Imagine having to walk into the middle of your road EVERY TIME the trash runs because they can’t be bothered to put it back in the yard. Dont get me started on their bills
Have very rude employee when I called to report no pickup she said I lied.
We’ve used them for years and never had a probably until lately. Getting the trash out early in the morning before work, with everything in it. God forbid the wind blows and one or two fall out..that’s then left there for my 70 year old grandma to pick up afterwards! Ridiculous! I figure if I’m going to pay you to pick up trash, you literally should pick up trash! If the review doesn’t help them figure it out, maybe a phone call would! And it isn’t just our trash either! Read other reviews!
