They never pick up and its hard to pay them cause they dont take debit cards! There rude
Literally just pulled into the parking lot of my job and watched them purposely not pick up our trash. Happens almost every other week. They were next door, and I yelled for them to come and get it since they were right there, and they said that we didn't have it out there in time...literally put it out the day before so explain that to me.
Several times they have not picked up my trash, and they leave my trash can too close to the road or in the middle of my driveway entrance making me stop on the highway to move it just to be able to pull in. they don't care about their customers!
The woman who answers the phone has got to be the kindest person left on this planet. If only more people were like her.
I appreciate all the years of good service through dedmans, truck 21 is currently who runs our route of 8 dumpsters and that's a good caring crew right there. 10/10 these are the types of fellas who you want on every crew.
