VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I CALLED AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE WHEN THEY SAID THEY COULD TAKE ME AS A NEW PATIENT THEN WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE SURE I COULD GET BLOOD WORK DONE THEY SAID THEY CANNOT TAKE NEW PATIENTS. I WAS TOLD ITS A NEW POLICY FROM THE NEW YEAR EVEN THOUGH I CALLED BEFORE AND THE SAID THEY WERE TAKING NEW PATIENTS HENCE HAVING TO WAIT THREE MONTHS FOR A CHECK UP. COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACEFUL YOU WAIST MY TIME NO WONDER I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE YOU NOW CANT CHECK!!

I have been seeing the Dr. for 22 years. I won't be back this time. The staff there is uncooperative and lazy. Begged and pleaded for them to help me.. Nothing. They keep bugging me for 3 dollars.. why would i pay them when they cant even do their job?

I've been a patient for many years. Staff has always been great. Wait times are minimal both in the waiting room and once in an exam room. I have never felt rushed and have always had my questions answered. I have multiple medical conditions and have always been happy with the care I receive.

I don't understand where some of these bad remarks I've read on here are coming from. I made an appt last week for yesterday. I got right in. She was very professional and friendly. I felt very at ease. From walking into the office to leaving was about 30 mins give or take a few mins. There were many patients in the waiting room too. Dr D answered any and all questions I had. She was quick yet thorough. I personally think she's terrific and am looking forward to next yrs physical :)

I waited almost 2 hours to be seen for a SCHEDULED appointment, one I had to wait 2 months for, had a surprise antibiotic waiting for me at the pharmacy when I went in to pick up a refill, prescribed by Dr. D., and when I called the office to find out what it was for, they told me the wrong diagnosis (a condition not treatable by an antibiotic). I ended up scheduling another appointment with a different physician who ran the same test and told me my test results before I even left the office. 

Need a new doctor!

This office has the worst office staff Ive ever encountered!! They wait well over a month before you get test results, and when you come in for your appointment to get the results they cant find them!!

For all of the four appointments I had, I waited 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor. At one appointment, she only stayed in the room 2 minutes, despite my asking her to listen to a question I had regarding my health. Once I had to walk out because she didn't get to my room by 1.75 hours after my scheduled, and I had another commitment. This last time I called, I asked if there was any way to schedule my appointment within half an hour of being seen, and I was told she couldn't be kept waiting.
