Dedicato promised insurance coverage would not be factor in helping my son, I even spoke directly to Dr. Marshall and he assured me they would scholarship him if necessary. They were supposed to come and get him from the hospital to take him to treatment and the day of discharge they texted him and said they couldn't take him because our insurance was out of network. Now my son is being discharged from the hospital with nowhere to go. Not impressed.
RecommendedMy son went to Dedicato almost 3 months ago. He has transition to Sober living and is involved in outpatient therapy. I can tell speaking to the staff and Dr. Marshall on the phone, they have a real heart for all the people they are trying to help. I have no doubt, Dedicato is the best place to help my son to defeat his addiction.
Im extremely grateful that i had chosen to come to Dedicato, the staff here is awesome. They have helped me in almost every aspect of my life from dealing with my depression and obviously my addiction, I've learned so many things about me since i've been. I would highly recommend coming here, If you have a loved one who is desperately seeking treatment!
