We had the similar experience of both the poor review & a job well done. The initial job for our new home and septic was done nicely last fall. There were very big sunken areas on much of the property, where water lines and septic are, and the owner told us when he picked up his final payment, that Dedication excavation would be back in Spring to fill in all the deep sinking areas. Be careful when using this company... I had Dedication do my new septic system and leech field last year and while the initial work was decently done, my experience since the day I paid them has been horrible. During the planning process, I expressed concern about the repair of the lawn after the septic was put in. This included the growing of grass and rut repair from the equipment on the property. I was assured that my lawn would look as good if not better than it did prior to the work and that I had nothing to worry about... read more

Worth the wait. These guys are very busy, so I had to wait a few months for the job to be completed. But once they got started, the job was done in a timely manner and the work sight left clean. They handled all the issues professionally and we are very satisfied with the work - can recommend them highly.
