Driver of truck 3502 cost me so much dang time and hassle because he docked at the wrong door. Refused to move out of the door after notifying him he was in the incorrect door. By the time the receiving office figured everything out, he was offloaded and they had the incorrect product at the incorrect door. Then he had the audacity to flip me off.

If you want a trucking job where you're micromanaged to death, in old equipment, by an owner who clearly doesnt care about driver comfort and all that for starting pay, I cannot recommend this place enough. I do like most of the staff there. But there is a reason why there are bad raitings. Wish the recruitment mentioned half the stuff they do like forced routing, weighing every load, can't idle the truck, a cheap inverter plopped on the floor, and everything else. Would've never bothered. Actually, it's worse than Swift.

Owner operator here. Great company they are very inclusive. I was semi-local home every night. Kevin was my dispatcher and he was my favorite person there very kind and patient. They will help you out as much as they can and for me as an owner operator that is so important. Roger which is the head guy in the mechanic shop they have he also was amazing he was an owner operator himself once upon a time so he offered a lot of insight and help. Trk #3437 parked at truck stop at night with headlights on backed up next to driver now this friggin ido to wants to run his motor at high and then low idle with his foot to the floor keeping everyone awake I have been driving truck for 40 yrs if you can't do any better hiring decent drivers get out of trucking
