First off, the way that they establish you as a patient was a long drawn out strange process to me. Once i finally got set up; i did finally get an appointment. This first one was to check me for my cognitive state; which turned out to be fine; they did an ultra-sound on my heart and they did a neuropathy test on me. And they did check my heart rate, weight and blood pressure. All of this was done in a timely manner. The lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly to me. I was a patient of the West broad and Wilson Road location in 2002 and I had to change physicians because I moved from the Columbus area. The doctor that was taking care of me Lancaster wasn’t very thorough with her care towards me and I reminded her on many occasions that I was do you mean with is you that calls me to forget appointments, etc. I wanted her to do something to address Alzheimer’s because it does run in my family. Was up and doing what others are just now doing for at least 4 years! Amazing from start to finish.
The friendliness, professionalism and medical knowledge throughout the process during the visit. From front desk check in with Rescee to my nurse who has always been there to assist me with my needs during my visit and Dr. Elhag who has a handle on my overall health issues and concerns. I really like my “team of 3” and Dedicated as a whole because of the specialty medical care for seniors. I will continue to recommend this Medical Center to all Seniors in need of great medical care.
Staff is very courteous and friendly. Short wait times. Provide transportation. My problem is in getting a referral. Also gave me a prescription I can't take due to negative side effects. They didn't list it on my chart because it isn't due to an allergy. I would like to keep going there, but not if I can't get a referral when I need one.
