My Dr care's about my well-being and my health.she does not Rush me out of the office when I have an appointment Dedicated has great staffing who cares about us older people. I love this place
Most of staff (support and medical) is very attentive, responsive and caring.
The people who work at Dedicated in Whitehall are very caring and supportive. I have encouraged several of my friends to change their doctors to Dedicated.
First off, the way that they establish you as a patient was a long drawn out strange process to me. Once i finally got set up; i did finally get an appointment. This first one was to check me for my cognitive state; which turned out to be fine; they did an ultra-sound on my heart and they did a neuropathy test on me. And they did check my heart rate, weight and blood pressure. All of this was done in a timely manner. The lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly to me. I was a patient of the West broad and Wilson Road location in 2002 and I had to change physicians because I moved from the Columbus area. The doctor that was taking care of me Lancaster wasn’t very thorough with her care towards me and I reminded her on many occasions that I was do you mean with is you that calls me to forget appointments, etc. I wanted her to do something to address Alzheimer’s because it does run in my family.
