The worst experience with Dr. King, when she checked my throat; she told me I had a dental cavity. I told her I do not have cavities, and then she confused the cavities with fillings. She needs to go back medical school. Dedicated don't have a real Dr. they use PN nurse.
I always have an appointment when I need it and they always ask me if I need a ride. I have never had to wait long when I’ve had an appointment and the time I was a walk in, I was able to be seen quickly. All the personnel are polite and helpful. The phone service is excellent and when I leave my number for a call back it always happens in a very view minutes! I have been with Dedicated Senior Medical Center and it is progressively declining. The volition of Dedicated Seniors model plan they had is failing They must strive to achieve a better stabilization of staff. The staff is like a revolving door. There is no continuity of care with Senior patients when you are constantly firing and pulling staff from other centers to cover.
