I am very disappointed with the care I received at Dedicated Senior Medical Center. My lab results from August 5 were ready within 2 days, but the clinic never contacted me. Instead, I was informed only by the lab. My follow-up was scheduled almost 3 weeks later, then delayed because of COVID, and later canceled again the day before with the excuse that the doctor Amanda Arinze, MD had an “emergency.” No replacement was offered. I relocated here from Alabama. I was in need of a good caring Doctor...My 1st visit has been awesome... The staff from front to back were amazing ... I walked into the building all good vibes....Im so grateful to Linda for referring me to Wendy she started processing me immediately and set my appointment up right away...Finally got a good medical facility with caring staff Grateful 🙏🏾 Blessins to all the staff n there love ones
