When I change my insurance in January to Humana I made sure that dedicated was part of that plan with Dr Coffey he is so good that I will not go to any other plan without him because this man knows exactly how to treat mine issues. The staff here is very friendly and very helpful. No matter how bad of a day I'm having, they always put a smile on my face.
I've become disappointed over time. I will simply say this: The concept of Dedicated is a wonderful idea. In their early days of practice, it actually worked and was a wonderful and fresh approach to medical care. These days are not so wonderful anymore. They are far too busy to maintain the lofty standards they set for themselves. People please attend appointments with your elderly love ones. The Dr. Corey guy who was very dismissive when asked about so call policy of mandatory appointments every 6 weeks is a policy only this clinic benefits from. ESPECIALLY if the patient is not diagnose with a terminally illness. Routine check ups are just that ROUTINE. And should not be every 6 weeks.
