I don;t feel some people need to go to the doctor every 6 wks and apparently now every 4wks. I don;t love your policy and I am considering changing doctors. I have doctors that cant believe you guys require patients to come in so often. I just don;t see the need to go that often.
Needed services like X-rays is not being scheduled in a timely manner waited two weeks to schedule appointments. I had to call several times before anyone took action . Even results I called twice for them to have a nurse not the doctor call and give me results . I was told on first call that the doctor has not gone over them. I wanted them called again that's when I was called back to go over results with a nurse. Now I need more MRI and another treatment. When I go for my appointment at DEDICATED SENIOR, I feel like I've been to church. Everyone knows my name and I feel welcome and relaxed. I am a retired RN and I feel so grateful that I can CAll DEDICATED FIRST if I have an emergency. I also love the fact that I can get a FREE ride to my appointments, get free food if I want and can do other fun activities like weekly chair yoga, painting, dancing and I get to lead a monthly Sing-Along on the first Friday from 2-3:30pm. The staff is awesome and my doctor is the best! Doctor was very caring and explained things so that I understood.
When I change my insurance in January to Humana I made sure that dedicated was part of that plan with Dr Coffey he is so good that I will not go to any other plan without him because this man knows exactly how to treat mine issues. The staff here is very friendly and very helpful. No matter how bad of a day I'm having, they always put a smile on my face.
