The Dedicated Senior Medical Center is the best place for seniors to get excellent healthcare. I have an excellent Dr. Andrea Brown, who I see. She is very caring. Since I have joined Dedicated, my health has improved tremendously. Also, they have the best staff, who welcomes you whole heartedly.
While in pain it took months to get an appointment with a podiatrist due to ignored, forgotten and lack of resources. The answering service is said not to forward messages and I was once told I needed to just wait until the office reopened. Clerks did not communicate my requested needs/questions to my personal caregiver (Ms Brooks) 2 bugs got on me from the chair in the doctors office & the overall cleaning of building is lacking. Personnel is more professional acting since return to Page
I have never been to a medical facility facility or clinic that the staff took the time to know you be accommodating and friendly my doctor Dr McMillan listens very well to you whether you're happy or upset she's always upbeat friendly knowledgeable medically I enjoy being a patient of hers she really seems to care
