Changed insurance and they require PCP visit within 30 days. I also needed a referral for the pulmonologist I had been seeing for 3+ years, per new ins. After 5 weeks, 7 various appointments, multiple reasons/excuses, I've just been told they will not refer me to my pulmonologist. They agree I need to see a pulmonologist but apparently he's not a Dr within their "network". so I would need to see "their" pulmonologist. These people are literally witholding my referral. It is a calming place to get your medical needs. I had my blood works done and heart diagnostic tests. All the staff, from receptionist to the doctor are very friendly & efficient. I am impressed that all my basic labs & diagnostic tests were done before my first PCP visit in a week. Great medical center for us seniors. :)
I'm so happy to be with Dedicated Senior Winter Park office every one is so friendly I have a wonderful doctor and nurses 💗 they are all ways there when I need help 💗 and everyone cares about the patient as a person we are family. I love this place in all the Beautiful workers ❤️ 😍
