I have been shown the proper respect as I had hoped for when I decided to sign up. The staff has treated me very friendly with a name/face recognition factor each time I had an appointment.
DEDICATED provides great medical care for Seniors. Dr. Hsu is very thorough in reviewing medications & discussing patient concerns. The Staff is very attentive & scheduling appointments is easy.
This place needs to be closed down!! they don't know what they're doing half the time!! Unprofessional . my dad never got his medicine it's been five 5 days and he's almost out of medication hes been calling every day since Monday half the time he can't get a hold of nobody , and whoever's giving great reviews it's either Friends Are Family of the employees fake reviews
I got there and was seen at my appointed time. Both nurses were friendly, engaging and professional. It's a great place for senior healthcare. If you express your health concerns they will get addressed.
