On my survey , basically all the answers no are actually not applicable to me. Number one I have no personal other doctor so those questions are not applicable but you have yes or do as a choice , so I marked it no. The workers are absolutely awesome.Always encouraging and always engaging in conversation.Knows your name when you walk in. You almost feel like a family member
I’m very disappointed with the care my grandmother and aunt have received at Dedicated clinic. Stawa Blanco, APRN has not been responsive to their concerns and there have been ongoing issues with communication and follow through. My grandmother had her medications changed without being properly informed or given a clear explanation. When she brought it up, she was told she had been notified, which she states did not happen. I'm always welcomed at check in, asked to be seated, short wait times for service, weight is taken then assistant walks with me to a room to wait for doctor and exam. Thorough discussions re follow-up care and questions about any new occurrences. Review of my meds. Then assistant walks me back to give urine specimen. I wait for results. Check out and leave. EVERYONE is friendly...even chatter among other seniors. No long waiting periods. Love this place.
