The experience was fine! My new Dr Pothen is very thorough and I think i will stick with her for a while!!
I wish there was an actual negative rating to select! This location has tanked in the year or 2 my Mother has been a patient. You have to have patience to even deal with this place! You call and wait on hold for more than 35 minutes for the referral department. The doctor has your 81 year old Mother get in a car and ride for 15 minutes to talk about what?! I ain’t about the test she just had done this week and it’s in her chart! She had a doctor at first that seemed like SHE needed geriatric care! I HATE this place for her! ... read more
