Everyone in the office is exceptionally kind and caring. The atmosphere is very inviting from the moment the fire opens. There’s no waiting to be taken care of. No window barricades. Everyone is always smiling and wanting to assist you out answer questions, etc. That’s just the front office, but the entire building is the same. That actually speak to you as you walk by. Dedicated has proven to be one of the most caring concerned and focus on me and my situation. The atmosphere is unbelievable from the front desk to the nurses staff and even the pharmacist. I’m glad I made the switch and have nothing but praise for dedicated and it’s staff.

Went to the doctor, after a trip to the emergency room I told the office I will only go to a specific specialist group that did a prior surgery 20 years earlier. I did a follow up appointment as was told no problem, you will be able to see the specialist. I went in today for another follow up, was advised that the doctor at the practice didn't like referrals for doctors outside the practice.
