Better f/u when labs are completed, give appointments sooner when canceled for reasons initiated by dedicated and not by me the patient. To not be scheduled for a whole month later is utterly ridiculous!!! And the inconsistency to have changes in assigned pc's. In addition it also seems to me that the pc's have not taken the time to familiarize themselves with my entire medical history. These are good ,hard working people that really care
They are like family at this location. Talonda is a sweetheart and always friendly. I receive calls and text for birthday and other occasions. Dr. Kuhlmann is always available for after hours concerns.
I appreciate the professionalism of the registration and the greeters. When you walk in how they seem to know everybody;s name. Of course, doctor michael engel is very special, and he is caring and a professional
