I was dealing with two squirrels in my attic, and I noticed a small hole near the roof where they were entering. I called Dedicated Roofing when I noticed an orange stain on the inside corner of my front porch. From past experience, I knew that this could be from a roof leak. Terry came on time to check it out and thoroughly looked for the source of the stain on the outside roof and inside the attic. He concluded that the stain was probably not a roof leak, but some sort of stain from an insect or bat roosting in the porch corner. What an honest person! Terry worked patiently with us until we found the shingles we liked best - they had numerous local job locations where we could see their installation so we knew exactly what we were getting. Workmanship was great and we’re very pleased with the results. Follow up was complete and efficient. Terry was a pleasure to work with and their pricing was very competitive. Would recommend 100% to everyone.
