Paid my bill called at 2pm to pick up my car they said wait 30 mins and someone will call me. Then 50 mins passed we called lady places us on hold told us someone will call in 20 mins. No one called. We called at 320, they said only can pick up between 11-3. R u kidding me. Why so u can charge Ford for another night. Shady. You are wrong.
I was able to get my stuff out of the car with no problem. That my car was towed was my own fault and the driver was just doing his job. He was nice but firm and I don't fault him.
