I wish I could find something positive to say about Dedicated Pool and Spa Service, but I can’t. After their service visits, my cedar hot tub developed significant surface discoloration and deterioration that had not been present before. Cedar tubs require very careful chemical handling, and I made that clear when hiring them. I was assured they had experience servicing cedar tubs. I wish I could find something positive to say about Dedicated Pool and Spa Service, but I can’t. They severely over-chlorinated my cedar hot tub, causing visible damage to the wood. I specifically warned them upfront that cedar tubs require very careful chemical handling, and they assured me they had experience with other cedar tubs. Clearly, they did not take the proper care. If you read this and still use them, don't say I didn't warn you. Arguably the worst experience I've ever had with a pool company in 20 years of business.

We have been using Dedicated Pool & Spa over the past 6 years and Bobby and Kelli have been very helpful and their company has always provided great service. We are moving away from the area and wish them all the best. I would recommend them to anyone!

These people aren’t that dedicated. Bobby came out to fix a problem with our spa but it still wasn’t working right so he came back and said we needed some other parts for our spa. He said he would let us know when the part came in and then he ghosted us. It’s been over a month since we’ve heard from him and now he has blocked my husband phone number. A good spa service business is really hard to find up here in the Hi-Desert.
