If you read this and still use them, don't say I didn't warn you. Arguably the worst experience I've ever had with a pool company in 20 years of business.
We have been using Dedicated Pool & Spa over the past 6 years and Bobby and Kelli have been very helpful and their company has always provided great service. We are moving away from the area and wish them all the best. I would recommend them to anyone!
These people aren’t that dedicated. Bobby came out to fix a problem with our spa but it still wasn’t working right so he came back and said we needed some other parts for our spa. He said he would let us know when the part came in and then he ghosted us. It’s been over a month since we’ve heard from him and now he has blocked my husband phone number. A good spa service business is really hard to find up here in the Hi-Desert.
Simply the best pool and spa service in the hi-desert. I have worked with Bobby and Kelli for almost 9 years now. They have saved me so many headaches with their reliable and professional service. They are licensed and trained specifically for pool and spa health and safety. We made mistakes and hired some of the hacks that operate here, only to be let down, if not totally ghosted. That’s never been the case with DP&S.
The ONLY pool & spa service in the high desert I would ever recommend. Dedicated REALLY knows what they are doing. They are extremely reliable, provide photos after every visit and have excellent communication. I never have to worry or wonder if/when service is going to happen like I did with others. They also fully test and balance the chemicals in both pool & spa (again, unlike the others who do the bare minimum chlorine and hope for the best).
