Performed X-ray and explained the results and also referred me to a physical therapist. I'm very appreciative.
Requested Dedicated after being told they are some of the best in Texas. Apparently their only spinal Dr determines who is accepted for treatment. I was told "the spinal Dr doesn't take ongoing insurance cases." Therefore no other Dr there would help me either. The spinal Dr wasn't even needed and they were told that. All I got from Dedicated was they won't help someone in obvious pain with insurance out the ears and guaranteed payment for services. These people scare me with their lack of concern and I won't be going back.

Excellent service. Staff was very professional and understanding. I received a thorough examination, X-ray and detailed treatment plan all in under an hour.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. The PA, Robert Williams, did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. I definitely recommend Dedicated Orthopedic Urgent Care!
