0 stars. My 80 year old parents had a brand new Goodman furnace installed by these jokers 6 months ago. It stopped working when the big storm hit at Christmas. We called both the office and cell phone numbers, no response yet. It's January 2. They prey on the elderly, and don't back up their products. We had to have a different vendor come in and repair it, and said the way it was installed was incorrect. Thank god they fixed it free. Stay far away from these scamners.
