Great community. Pricey for certain memberships, but it comes with more friendliness and genuine support than you’ll find anywhere else. Can really change your life if you let it.
Big fan of the gym and staff, I just unfortunately don’t have the money to make it happen at the moment
The gym is really nice and the trainers and owners are nicer.I love the variety of workouts with Jonathon. And really love the boxing boot camp with Daisy.Coming here is always rewarding and beneficial to my physical and mental health.Come in in a bad mood go out destressed.
This gym is AWESOME! The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, very friendly and just plain fantastic! Everyone is so kind and helpful! Joining this gym is one of the best things I've ever done! Thank you to Josh and John for assembling an awesome team!
Josh and his crew have been extremely helpful with my rehab from meniscus surgery, as well as trying to get in better physical shape. Everyone at the gym is welcoming and helpful. Love this place.
