This gym is AWESOME! The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, very friendly and just plain fantastic! Everyone is so kind and helpful! Joining this gym is one of the best things I've ever done! Thank you to Josh and John for assembling an awesome team!
Josh and his crew have been extremely helpful with my rehab from meniscus surgery, as well as trying to get in better physical shape. Everyone at the gym is welcoming and helpful. Love this place.
I've been going to DH now for almost 2 months, and I've gotta say, the reviews about this place are spot on. Sam and Jason are great trainers and have no issue walking you through something if you need the guidance. It's not a "planet fitness" type of atmosphere (if you know, you know lol). The staff and other members are all incredibly supportive, encouraging, friendly, and will give you that extra push if you need it to get through a workout. This place is great! I have only been here a little over 2 weeks and I have been seeing endless results. Josh and his team are the best. Highly recommend.
I loved the accountability of the workout program! It made my goals easy to attain with challenging workouts. Josh puts forth great effort and attention into his clients, which is very motivating!
