System working smoothly, thorough check-up.
The vent cleaning significantly helped the air flow in our home and the technician explained things better than he did in my previous session. Comparing the two interactions I came away feeling more confident in the job that was done and more educated.
I anticipated a straightforward maintenance check, and it turned out to be just that, with the technician spending about an hour cleaning coils and checking refrigerant levels. This visit was smoother compared to the last time when they discovered a minor leak that needed additional repair.
Recharged and reconnected my portable A/C.
Unlike the previous company I contacted, this technician immediately diagnosed a faulty capacitor and had our HVAC system running smoothly within an hour. After waiting several days to ensure it held up, I'm relieved to say the fix was indeed effective.
