I've known the owner Brian for many years, since as a life-long Brighton resident I patronized a nearby garage in Allston which he was manager of. Despite the longer distance, when he opened his own shop in Dedham a few years ago, I followed him there to continue getting my car serviced under his care. When you find a reliable, honest, mechanic who gives great service, YOU KEEP THEM. His shop does great work, and he is honest- what more need I say? He has my highest recommendation.
I had a great first experience here today getting my brake pads replaced. Brian was very friendly and quickly inspected my car, then clearly explained what needed to be replaced along with the pricing. I really appreciated that he was honest and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services like some other places do. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back again in the future.
Just bought my car from a family friend this may in chealse. A month later i had a battery issue and my brother told me to come with him to his mechanic shop, which is dedham super services. Brian checked my issue and told me the issue(which was a replacment battery) and didn't charge me for diagnosis at all. I knew from then this was the mechanic shop for me as long as i live in the greater Boston area.
