I had a great first experience here today getting my brake pads replaced. Brian was very friendly and quickly inspected my car, then clearly explained what needed to be replaced along with the pricing. I really appreciated that he was honest and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services like some other places do. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back again in the future.
Just bought my car from a family friend this may in chealse. A month later i had a battery issue and my brother told me to come with him to his mechanic shop, which is dedham super services. Brian checked my issue and told me the issue(which was a replacment battery) and didn't charge me for diagnosis at all.
