I went in to have a new tire put on and they're trying to rope me in on $500 worth of work. Been going there for 40 years. Never again.

They have just about everything that you need, and if they don't have it can get it. They really know what they are talking about and will take the time to listen to you so that they make sure that you really get what you want/need. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bought my first bike from Dedham bike 2 weeks ago. It was for my son who is 9 years old. It was a $500 bike. I wanted my son to try it and see if he likes it. My son asked me to get a different color bike within two days. Before I bought the bike I checked their return policy which was full refund within 7 days. Got a fantastic deal on a helmet I've been wanting. I try to avoid online shopping as I'd rather support local, family owned businesses, welp, here they are. Ordered said helmet and it arrived within 2 days (I'm in Southeastern CT). Could not be more happy with my experience. Got a great deal on an item I wanted AND I still managed to support a family owned business that is still somewhat local. The speedy shipping is the icing on the cake. Fantastic!
