Ms. Joy in the infant room cared for my baby as if she was her own. She communicated openly with me and also spent time creating a relationship with me! I, SURPRISINGLY, became quickly comfortable leaving my little girl there because I knew Ms Joy was such a rock star! We had to move to another daycare because of where we live now, and I still miss being able to take my daughter to hang out with Joy. She always took the extra steps necessary to make sure each baby got everything they needed and much more.
I can honestly say it was reluctant about placing my grandson in daycare, but when we found Kinder Care did a tour and met the staff it truly put my mind at ease. We were so impressed with all the staff. There are a great group of ladies that work there and have a passion for what they do! Ms. Nicole in the front office was great. Ms. Joy, Ms. Angela, and Ms. Cindy in the infant room are all awesome.
I would not recommend anyone to bring their child to this place. My baby was left with dry snot all over her face without it being cleaned all day. The following day she came home with a scratch on her face. They stole/ lost a brand new outfit that she has never worn before. Then proceeds to send out a letter, “ don’t bring anything valuable to the daycare” like what?! It’s an extra pair of clothing in case she messes up what she had on prior. I love Kindercare and the teachers, specifically Ms. Joycelyn and Ms Joy. They are amazing teachers with so much heart and compassion. They are incredibly caring individuals. I choose this daycare specifically from meeting Ms Joycelyn and trusting her with my baby. She helped ease my mind going to work while leaving my baby in her care. She makes sure my baby is well taken care of. It’s hard leaving my baby in someone else’s care but she eases that with updates during the day and tons of cute pictures.
