Hi this landlord dede is bad news a slum lord we been at our apartment for 5 yrs with a different landlord that new her stuff until dede came on board paid rent every month on time every 5th until we had new carpet put in cuz the carpet we had was 10 yrs old mold rats bugs homeless sleeping lawn on the herrassment police were out every day drugs in the apartment complex had to call the city of Sacramento which fined her over $80,000 then retaliation against me and my mom then has the nerve to hire a attorney illegally agains... read more
