We are so pleased with the work done and managed by Ger in December of '24. We had 1800 sq ft of tile flooring removed and laminate flooring installed along with new kitchen countertops. The initial estimate was above our budget but Ger worked with us to get it down to what we could afford without sacrificing essentials. The work is first-rate! Our only complaint was that subcontractors doing the work set the house thermostate at 78 and left it that way for days while we were staying elsewhere.
