Beautiful stuff
I had an exceptional experience at Decor Planet in Brooklyn a couple of months ago. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the wide selection of high-quality vanities, tiles, facets and others bathroom & kitchen products. I walked in to this establishment looking for a kitchen backsplash. I politely asked the sales representative where can I find a kitchen backsplash and he rudely replied "I'm busy right now go look for it yourself". Do yourself a favor, and don't go to this horrendous establishment unless you want to be brushed off by rude employees and sub-par customer service. Never in my life have I received this type of treatment. It was unprofessional and quite frankly put a bad taste in my mouth. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy... read more
I was very disappointed with my recent experience with this company. Specifically, I was unhappy with the customer service I received as soon as I walked in. The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help. I wanted to buy some cabinets and tiles but left because the employees were extremely racist and unprofessional. They were making snide remarks and derogatory comments. This made me feel very uncomfortable and very sad.
