I had an exceptional experience at Decor Planet in Brooklyn a couple of months ago. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the wide selection of high-quality vanities, tiles, facets and others bathroom & kitchen products. I walked in to this establishment looking for a kitchen backsplash. I politely asked the sales representative where can I find a kitchen backsplash and he rudely replied "I'm busy right now go look for it yourself". Do yourself a favor, and don't go to this horrendous establishment unless you want to be brushed off by rude employees and sub-par customer service.
