This was the 4th time I have purchased from this show room. I will say that Igor is amazing. I have never seen anyone so attentive , kind, patient and professional. There were some issues with a shipment and he was immediately on it. Job well done Igor
This was the second time I had come to Décor Planet in Staten Island. I came to replace my toilet not really knowing what exactly I was looking for and Igor really saved the day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He arranged the most punctual appliance delivery I have every experienced. Love them- 10/10 recommend!!!
