Great furniture store – Last month I started the purchase of a bedroom set at Decorium Furniture. I met with Tim Lee. I picked the set I wanted. We arranged for a lay-a-way plan for three months. I managed to get it paid off in a month. It was delivered this week. All I can say is this experience from start to finish was a pleasure. Great-looking furniture, polite and professional sales people, and the delivery guys were marvelous. When you want nice furniture for a good price, check this store out. Thanks. Terryl
Shop elsewhere! Rude customer service, long wait-time for special orders – We went into this experience wanting a nice leather sectional with ottoman at an affordable price. We found these things, but soon discovered that poor customer service and a long wait time would dominate our next SIX MONTHS! We special ordered our sectional, and have in writing that it would arrive in 7 to 15 weeks. Week 15 came around, and we contacted Decorium to see what was going on.
