Delivery was at 8.15 it’s now an hour late and no one answers phone. They charged me $75 for delivery and I’m only 5 minutes down the road and it’s an hour late. No phone call to advise. Not impressed. Will be asking for a refund on delivery. If they can’t be on time they shouldn’t charge top dollar. My time is wasted. An hour late so far and I was told I would be first delivery of day. Beyond a joke. Will never use again.
Found exactly what we were needing, very attentive and friendly staff.
A month ago we picked up some bottom soil for $20. It was excellent quality, so today we went back for the same soil. It was $30 and was probably about D grade soil. Was the worst you could possibly get. There was so much rubbish mixed inside it. Large rocks, material and glass. I give 3 stars for our first visit but the second wasn't good to sell to anyone.
Looking for red gravel and they had just enough left to fill my trailer. Very helpful staff. Did have to use my crutches to get in to the office, but only one step Great communication between the guys.
