Don't go there! They don't want to be in business. Closed most of the time, dark and dank with an owner who is hard to deal with. Wouldn't let me open my replacement shades in his store till I threatened to call Hunter Douglas. Scary experience 😬 Go to a "real" store. Oh, also adds 3% if you pay with a credit card but doesn't tell you till you get there....
Do not use this company! Beware - Extremely poor customer service! The owner, Dana Kindy, does not care if he does a bad job. Hunter Douglas should revoke his dealer's license. The owner blames me for his window mismeasurement! I recently ordered 6 Vignette shades. Four fit perfectly. The width of the other two does not even cover the window molding- they are least 3 inches too narrow. The owner and his assistants measured the windows as I stood by and watched. My Shades look great I really enjoyed working with them they handled it in a manner amount of time ! I love our new look ! Will be my go to again :)
We are going through a recent remodel and I was at a complete lost until I consulted with decorator depot , there a fantastic company with Great service all the way around , we Are loving our new look and it couldn't be possible with out this company . Will always refer friends and family or anyone to this company
Buyers Beware…Jeff Huckaby is not a man of his word and straight up lied!! What a joke. No integrity at all!! Decorator Depot does not stand behind it products or services. The BBB should put them out of business!! And be careful letting Butch install anything…he is very inexperienced, or just doesn’t care.
