The very accomplished artist Diane Fairburn, of Decorative Glass Solutions, made me a beautiful, custom Tiffany Stainglass piece for my kitchen window. It came out wonderful!
Ordered 1/2" reeded glass for cabinets. Diane was very communicative and had a fast turn around time for cutting. Looking forward to the next project.
Diane is truly an artist. Very easy to work with; attention to detail and quality is top of the line; genuinely custom. The follow through to make sure our piece was perfect (for them too), was stellar.
One of your workers is very rude.. applied and I didn’t like her response , assumptions or attitude. I personally would never use this company based on the type of employees they got. Suggestion is get better recruiters or people that hire. That one person made me have a bad taste for your company.
We recently had and old door with leaded glass panels get broken with a golf ball. Two pieces needed replacing and we were not able to find anyone close to come and even look at it and see if repairs could be done. Our son, Brandon, contacted Decorative Glass Solutions and spoke with Diane and explained the situation. We were even considering replacing the door and just letting the beautiful glass door go.
