This shop owner was terribly rude, acted like she didn't want to assist me because I'm Hispanic and ignored me at the door to continue her personal phone call. She told me that if "her people" were there than they would assist me. Is she too good to help out a Latina or did she not want to get off her phone? Then when my son's car wouldn't start, she told me she wasn't going to use her "new car" to help "us people" out.
